17th Gyalwa Karmapa"Buddhism is a way of life through which we develop the qualities of our mind.
This way of life is very unusual, as it is a means to attain happiness without harming others.

THE 17th GYALWA KARMAPA

Practice from Morning to Evening: A Practitioner’s Day

Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17

The days pass by, filled with our professional, family, and personal lives. How do we integrate spiritual practice into all these activities that follow one after another? We could ask the question another way: how we make the situations we encounter in our daily lives into a practice? Khenpo Chochok explains how to create reminders throughout the day, be it in the morning, at mealtimes, or in the evening. He also shares with us the methods that allow us to bring the circumstances that we encounter over the course of our lives to the path.
