"Buddhism is a way of life through which we develop the qualities of our mind.
This way of life is very unusual, as it is a means to attain happiness without harming others.

Milarepa’s guru yoga will take place on Thursday, May 7—day of the full moon— at 4:30pm (CEST) and will be available via streaming so that all who wish can follow the ritual from home.
This ritual is open to all and will last roughly an hour. To connect for the live video, see the instructions for using Zoom or connect via youtube's dhagpo channel.
Milarepa (1010–1123 CE) was a saint, poet, and hermit, and a prime example of an individual who realized enlightenment “in a single body and a single life” by devoting himself to the path and to the benefit of others. Practicing his guru yoga (union with enlightened mind) invokes the spiritual influence of the lineage and opens our minds to its own wealth.
Several options are available for following this practice.
For those who know the practice and have received explanations of the instructions for the ritual:
If you wish, you can prepare the necessary items and offerings at home.
You can also simply follow the ritual without special preparation.
For those who have not received instructions on this practice:
We look forward to joining you for this practice.
