17th Gyalwa Karmapa"Buddhism is a way of life through which we develop the qualities of our mind.
This way of life is very unusual, as it is a means to attain happiness without harming others.

THE 17th GYALWA KARMAPA

FR [French here >] |  ES [Espagnol aquí >]  [Deutsche Fassung>]

Thanghka du XVIe Gyalwa Karmapa

The 16th Karmapa himself composed this guru yoga when he was thirty-five years old. This very short text is known for its great profundity. It is said to contain all that can be found in more extensive practices.
As Lama Jigme Rinpoche explained, “connecting with Karmapa by way of the guru yoga practice helps to progressively dissipate our obscurations and allows us to recognize the immaculate qualities of mind.” Khenpo Rinpoche will give instructions on this meditation practice. He received the transmission as well as the ritual reading directly from 16th Karmapa.

The teaching will be given every Saturday at 5 pm (CET) starting May 2 and continuing through June 20. Each session will last approximately an hour and a half.

The teaching, will be given in Tibetan and translated into English, and will be  available on Karma Samphel Ling's YouTube channel. Simultaneous translation in French will be available on Dhagpo Kagyu Ling's YouTube channel, as well as a Spanish and German translation.

Following the live transmission, these teaching will remain available on their respective Youtube channels.

In general, when we physically attend this type of teaching, we take part in course fees that cover the expenses the center incurs to make Dharma transmission possible.
In light of the current circumstances and the transmission via Youtube intended for the greatest number of people possible, these teachings will be open-access and free of charge.
