17th Gyalwa Karmapa"Buddhism is a way of life through which we develop the qualities of our mind.
This way of life is very unusual, as it is a means to attain happiness without harming others.

Accumulation of Twenty-One Praises of Tara

Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27

October 31, 1997 Gendun Rinpoche's parinirvana took place. Twenty years have now passed since he left us after devoting the last part of his life to transmitting Buddhism in France and in Europe. A greatly accomplished practitioner sent by the Gyalwa Karmapa, he allowed thousands of Westerners to commit to and practice the Buddha's path. This year, we will celebrate the memory of this exceptional being with several events.

Accumulation of Twenty-One Praises of Tara

Gendun Rinpoche practiced the meditation of Tara daily. Since Dhagpo Kagyu Ling's creation, we carry out this ritual every morning. We began this year of homage to Gendun Rinpoche with a great accumulation of Chenrezig's mantra; we bring it to a close with an accumulation of Twenty-One Praises of Green Tara led by Lama Dondam. The benefit from these two days of practice will be dedicated to world peace, to the spread of Dharma for the benefit of beings, and to the long lives of our masters. We invite everyone to take part in this accumulation, either in group or on your own.
