The guru yoga is a meditation practice in which we unite our mind with enlightened mind using the support of an accomplished master of the past, in this case 16th Karmapa Rangjung Rigpe Dorje (1924–1981). A source of profound spiritual influence, such practices are a support for the silent meditation of calm abiding. During this course, Lama Nyigyam and Lama Kyenrab transmit the practice instructions of 16th Karmapa's guru yoga and respond to questions.
